Protected SEM Bidding Keywords 
Publishers are not allowed to run Paid Search campaigns related to Groupon services/products/inventory (or related in any way to Groupon) without Groupon's written approval. It applies to all kinds of Paid Search advertising campaigns (keyword campaigns, dynamic targets, product campaigns, feed-based campaigns etc) & ad formats in Google & Bing engines. Groupon reserves the right to modify and update Paid Search Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.

Any Groupon creatives that are provided through adv may be used, otherwise written approval from Groupon is required. Publishers may not alter, modify or change any of Groupon logos, banners, or other trademark items in any way.

Sub-Affiliates 
Allowed - Only single-tier. Publisher required to seek approval for each sub-affiliate in his program prior to extending Groupon's offer to the sub-affiliate. Any approved Sub-affiliate shall have an individual identifier tied to the Sub-affiliate's website. You must provide access to a reporting interface showing performance by Sub-affiliate, or in the event that this is not reasonable from a technical standpoint, a weekly report indicating performance for each Sub-affiliate; listing domain which sent traffic to Groupon; amount of clicks coming from that domain as well as amount of orders and sales.

Non-Commissionable Items 
▪ If specified in the fine print or otherwise communicated by Groupon, certain offers may not be valid for cashback, points , rewards, or miles offerings, and/or any other offerings by a third party for anything of value. Non-commissionable items include non-commissionable deal offerings.
