Are there any other restrictions that publishers need to consider? For example promoting adult content or age restricted products - No publishers who have any NSFW, adult, gambling or sensitive content on site.

Voucher Codes - You are only permitted to promote authorised voucher codes that are provided either directly cuelinks
Affiliates may not promote any codes that have not been issued through the affiliate channel. Any affiliate found to be promoting any non-authorised codes will have relevant transactions declined. Continuous promotion of non-authorised codes would evoke a programme membership review.

odes/promotions/offers must only be shown or featured once their start date has commenced, alongside an expiry date

Herring Shoes reserves the right to withdraw any code/promotion/offer at any time. 
If any exclusive code/promotion/offer that has been provided to a specific affiliate is found to be used by any other affiliate, Herring Shoes reserves the right to decline, or withhold payment from any sales as a result of the code being used. 
Any sales that have been tracked with unauthorised voucher codes may be declined. 

Herring Shoes offers or codes are limited, and code stacking is not permitted.  Herring Shoes offers or codes are subject to availability, and where applicable, will only continue while stock lasts. 

No commission will be paid on returned/cancelled orders. Commissions will be updated if orders are changed by the customer.
Herring Shoes reserves the right to decline any commissions on transactions that are deemed to be illegitimate or fraudulent. 
We reserve the right to end all offers or codes 

Cookie Period - 30 days

PPC policy - No brand  or direct PPC is permitted for this program, including;
Links/PPC ads that use the company’s name or any variations.
Brand terms, including misspellings or derivatives as a keyword or part of a key phrase on any search engine or as a display URL.

If brand or direct PPC bidding is discovered without prior consent, Herring Shoes reserves the right to review, and remove an affiliates membership to this programme. 

Publishers are not permitted to bid on (or any variations of) the following terms.

Cancelled Orders
Herring Shoes reserve the right to withdraw commission if we believe than an order has been placed fraudulently or if payment is not received for the order.

Branding
Affiliates are not permitted to use Herring Shoes in a domain name

PPC Policy Definition :

If publishers promote you via PPC, will they be entitled to full commission? - Yes
If publishers directly link to your website from search engines, will they receive full commission? - No
If publishers use your brand name in their display URL, will they receive full commission? - Yes
If publishers use your brand name in their paid search title and description, will they receive full commission? - Yes - Only with prior written approval
If publishers add your brand name into their negative keyword list, will they receive full commission? - Yes
If publishers display their ads when your brand name or variations of your brand name are entered as search keywords, will they receive full commission? (e.g. vodafone, voda fone) - Yes
If publishers display their ads when misspellings of your brand name are entered as search keywords will they receive full commission? (e.g. vodofone) - No
If publishers display their ads when your brand name and another word are entered as search keywords, will they receive full commission? (e.g. Vodafone Mobile) - Yes - Only with prior written approval.
Do you have a restricted group of publishers who can earn commission on sales generated by brand related terms? - Yes
For any agreed publisher paid search activity, will publishers be paid for sales generated from the following search engines? - Yes
Google, Yahoo, Bing, Other - Only with prior written approval.

Transactions Policy :

Does the transaction value that commissions are paid on include VAT / sales tax? - Yes
Does the transaction value that commissions are paid on include delivery charges? - Yes
Does the transaction value that commissions are paid on include credit card fees? - No
Does the transaction value that commissions are paid on include gift wrapping or other service charges? - No
Are commissions not paid out on some products or product categories? - No

What reasons are commissions declined :

Order cancelled, Item was returned, Customer failed credit check, Breach of programme terms and conditions, Duplicate order, Item was out of stock

Herring Shoes campaign does not help with the missing transactions.
