Search Campaigns - Protected SEM Bidding Keywords - Publishers/Affiliates may never use jcpenney.com or any domain owned by JCPenney as the display URL. Trademark bidding and trademark + generic keyword bidding are NOT allowed. Trademark terms include but are not limited to JCPenney, JC Penney, JCPenney Rewards and MyJCP.com. JCPenney Branded keywords plus generic terms such as coupons or promotional codes is also prohibited. If you have been found in violation of the above search policy three times, your program term will be lowered to the Default Term within the program. If you are already on the default term or have been moved to this term because of trademark search violations, you will be removed from the program for 30 days upon which time you can re-apply, but will be closely monitored. Should trademark bidding activity continue after these measures have been taken, you will be permanently removed from the JC Penney Program.

Non-Commissionable Items - Commission is not available on purchases of televisions, game consoles, smart home devices, electronic accessories, appliances, furniture, and the purchase or redemption of gift cards.
