Tracking - Online
Affiliates are not allowed to bid on keyword "onlinecheckwriter" or "zilmoney", misspellings or combinations in these search engines: Google, Yahoo and Bing.
Affiliates MUST NOT register/buy or use domains that users may believe are part of onlinecheckwriter or zilmoney.
Affiliates may not create websites that may impersonate the Online Check Writer or Zil Money websites.
PPC Policy :
If publishers promote you via PPC, will they be entitled to full commission - Yes
If publishers directly link to your website from search engines, will they receive full commission - Yes
If publishers use your brand name in their display URL, will they receive full commission - Yes
If publishers use your brand name in their paid search title and description, will they receive full commission - No
If publishers add your brand name into their negative keyword list, will they receive full commission - Yes
If publishers display their ads when your brand name or variations of your brand name are entered as search keywords, will they receive full commission? (e.g. vodafone, voda fone) - No
If publishers display their ads when misspellings of your brand name are entered as search keywords will they receive full commission? (e.g. vodofone) - No
If publishers display their ads when your brand name and another word are entered as search keywords, will they receive full commission? (e.g. Vodafone Mobile) - No

Transaction Policy :

Reasons are commissions declined :
Order canceled - If after 15 day trial the customer does not sign up or if customer sings up on monthly and terminates after first month.
Item was returned - This situation for our case would be considered a termination of service after trial or within a month of service.
Customer failed credit check - If potential fraud ,we will not pay on that customer
Breach of program terms - Any breach of terms would be considered non commissionable
Duplicate order - Payment to be made on each customer but not duplicate orders from same customer.

**New terms and conditions:
- Affiliates are not allowed to use Pop Ups, Pop Unders or any other format that is deemed intrusive or use any other cookie stuffing techniques that may force the cookie in the user's browser.
- Affiliates are not allowed to buy, register or create domains or subdomains which may misslead users to believe that such site is the merchants brand website.
- Affiliates are not allowed to supplant by any means the merchant's identity in social media. Affiliate must be easily identified by users in any promotion in social media.
- Affiliates may ONLY advertise coupon codes that are distributed by the merchant. Any sales registered through other coupon codes will not be considered as valid and will be canceled.
- Affiliates are not allowed to promote coupon codes that have not been issued via the affiliate channel.
- Affiliates are not permitted to promote the merchant through any toolbar unless they have direct authorization from the merchant.
- Incentivised traffic is allowed only from cashback and loyalty/reward affiliates.
- Affiliates violating the above T&C will be rejected from the program.PPC Policy :
