Social Media (Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram) allowed? Yes (FB/Insta- 3rd party handles can be used which do not have our Brand name in the Handles)
Payout applicable on payment with store credit/gift cards? Yes, Oziva Cash can be used(Max 10% of total amount). Payout on final amount paid by the user.

Special Instructions:
1- No Partner can offer unapproved discounts i.e. Only OZiva approved discounts/codes can be floated. Not adhering to the same, may invite a penalty.
2- Google Adwords can not be used for any promotion. FB/Insta - 3rd party handles can be used which do not have our Brand name in the Handles. This should be informed beforehand. (Non adherence to this may invite a penalty)
3- All creatives and communications must be vet by OZiva team; Network/Affiliate cannot use any false offer or unapproved communication. (Non adherence to this may invite a penalty)
4- Max. Payout per transaction is Capped at Rs.1,250/- for single order.
5- Cookie stuffing & any other fraudulent activity found for driving the transactions, will terminate the agreement with no prior notice and all pending payments shall be cancelled.
6- Adult Traffic not allowed.
7- Pop-up traffic not allowed.
8 - No payouts for orders with discount higher than 20% unless it is a Sale discount or an Approved discount.
9 - Sale Days Order Value shall not be considered in overall month's performance while analysing the final Order value at the time of Payout.
