Use of Trademarks
We do not allow the use of our trademarks, URLs, misspellings, extensions or any variation within
the goal of optimizing for them. Below are guidelines to follow:

PPC and Media Buys
You may NOT bid or use any of our trademarks, names, extensions or variations as keywords for any
PPC network, content network or media buy. Please also add "remotebase", and “remote base”, to
your negative keywords list.

Social Media
You may not use the Remotebase.com name or any variation of our brands as hashtags pretending
to be us, represent us or be endorsed or sponsored by GPCsmart.com. You may not create any
account using our name or post any messages, include our materials or links to any Remotebase.com
account or profile. You also agree to not tag, call out or link to our social profiles

We do not allow the following:
Expired codes – You cannot post any deal or discount code that is expired and all codes on your site
must be current, active and approved.
Non affiliate codes – you cannot use any code, discount or deal that is not provided inside the
affiliate network.
Non-existent codes or deals – You cannot post that there is a deal or discount available if we are not
offering one through our affiliate program.
Posting codes to properties you do not own – You cannot post codes, coupons or deals to websites
and web properties you do not own. You can however post to your own social media accounts, as
long as you follow our trademark, social media, advertising disclosure and branding guidelines.
You must NOT use codes intended as exclusives for other affiliates or influencers.

PPC Policy :

If publishers promote you via PPC, will they be entitled to full commission? - No
If publishers directly link to your website from search engines, will they receive full commission? - No
If publishers use your brand name in their display URL, will they receive full commission? - No
If publishers use your brand name in their paid search title and description, will they receive full commission? - No
If publishers add your brand name into their negative keyword list, will they receive full commission? - No
If publishers display their ads when your brand name or variations of your brand name are entered as search keywords, will they receive full commission? (e.g. vodafone, voda fone) - No
If publishers display their ads when misspellings of your brand name are entered as search keywords will they receive full commission? (e.g. vodofone) - No
If publishers display their ads when your brand name and another word are entered as search keywords, will they receive full commission? (e.g. Vodafone Mobile) - No
Do you have a restricted group of publishers who can earn commission on sales generated by brand related terms? - No
For any agreed publisher paid search activity, will publishers be paid for sales generated from the following search engines? - Yes - Google, Yahoo, Bing, Other
Are there any specific search terms (keywords) where sales from publisher PPC ads will not be eligible to earn commission - No
If publishers place shopping ads on a search engine and link directly to your website, are they eligible to receive full commission? - No
If publishers place shopping ads on a search engine such as a Comparison Shopping Service (CSS), does this activity need to be tracked in a separate specific publisher account? - No

Transaction Policy :

Does the transaction value that commissions are paid on include VAT / sales tax? - No
Does the transaction value that commissions are paid on include delivery charges? - No
Does the transaction value that commissions are paid on include credit card fees? - No
Does the transaction value that commissions are paid on include gift wrapping or other service charges? - No
Are commissions not paid out on some products or product categories? - No

Reasons are commissions declined - Order cancelled, Item was returned, Customer failed credit check, Breach of programme terms and conditions, Duplicate order, Item was out of stock

Note: Just form submission won’t be counted as a lead
