Trademark bidding: Affiliates are not allowed to bid on Zappos or 6pm brand or trademark terms on any search engine regardless of whether the brand or trademark term appears in the ad copy. Broad, exact, phrase, and negative matching: Affiliates may not broad, exact, or phrase match using any of the protected SEM bidding keywords mentioned in the "Search Campaigns - Protected SEM Bidding Keywords" section above. In the event that an affiliate engages in Search Engine Marketing, the affiliate must apply phrase-match negative keywords including Zappos, www.zappos.com, Zappos.com, 6pm, www.6pm.com, 6pm.com, or any derivations mentioned in the "Search Campaigns - Protected SEM Bidding Keywords" section above. A phrase-match negative is a tool that will prevent an ad from being shown when a specific term is entered by a user of a search engine. For example, bidding on the phrase "Zappos.com shoes" is not allowed. However, negative matching on "Zappos.com" and bidding on "shoes" without our trademark term is okay and remains compliant to our program's policy.

Your domain name(s) may not contain (either as all or as part of its name) the word “zappos” or a derivation mentioned in the "Search Campaigns - Protected SEM Bidding Keywords" section above.You may use the word “zappos” to the right of the domain-name suffix (for example, you cannot use the domain name www.slippers-zappos.com, but you may use the domain name www. slippersforever.com/zappos). Additionally, you may not use any brand name carried on Zappos.com in your domain name.
