Ingredients
- 1500 grams Chicken breast
- 22 tbsp Ghee (clarified butter)
- 31 medium, finely chopped Onion
- 41 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 52 finely chopped Green chilies
- 610 pieces Curry leaves
- 70.5 tsp Turmeric powder
- 81 tsp Red chili powder
- 91 tbsp Coriander powder
- 100.5 tsp Garam masala
- 112 tbsp, chopped Cilantro
Instructions

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

Heat ghee in a pan or pot over medium heat.

Add onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for a minute.

Add curry leaves and sauté for a few seconds.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt. Stir well.

Add chicken pieces and mix well to coat with the spice mixture.

Cook until the chicken is cooked through and tender, about 20-25 minutes.

Garnish with cilantro before serving.
