  • 21 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 31 medium, finely chopped Onion
  • 42 cloves, minced Garlic
  • 51 tbsp, grated Ginger
  • 62 finely chopped (optional) Green Chilies
  • 70.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 81 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 90.5 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 100.5 tsp Garam Masala
  • 111 tsp Salt
  • 121 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 132 tbsp, chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves

Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
