- 1500 grams Mutton Chops
- 21 tbsp Olive Oil
- 31 medium, finely chopped Onion
- 42 cloves, minced Garlic
- 51 tbsp, grated Ginger
- 62 finely chopped (optional) Green Chilies
- 70.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 81 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 90.5 tsp Cumin Powder
- 100.5 tsp Garam Masala
- 111 tsp Salt
- 121 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 132 tbsp, chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves
