Ingredients
- 12 pieces Frozen Banana
- 21 pieces Frozen Mango
- 30.2 kg Greek Yogurt (plain)
- 450 ml Almond Milk (unsweetened)
- 51 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 60.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 70.1 tsp Pinch of Salt
Instructions
1
Chop the frozen bananas and mangoes into small pieces.
2
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor.
3
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Add more almond milk if necessary to achieve desired consistency.
4
Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid. For a softer texture, freeze for 3 hours.
5
Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping and serving.
Recipe Variations
- 1Add a tablespoon of cocoa powder for a chocolate flavor.
- 2Mix in some berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) for extra flavor and antioxidants.
- 3Swap Greek yogurt for coconut cream for a richer, vegan option.
- 4Experiment with other frozen fruits like peaches or pineapple.
Storage Tips
- Store the ice cream in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
Serving Suggestions
- Serve immediately or let it soften slightly before scooping.
- Top with fresh fruit, nuts, or a drizzle of honey (optional).
