  • 1200 grams Roasted Peanuts
  • 20.5 cups Onion
  • 34 pieces Garlic
  • 41 tsp Ginger
  • 50.2 tbsp Green Chilies
  • 60.5 cups Tomato
  • 70.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 81 tsp (adjust to taste) Red Chili Powder
  • 91 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 100.5 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 110.5 tsp Garam Masala
  • 121 tsp Salt
  • 132 tbsp Oil
  • 142 tbsp, chopped (for garnish) Fresh Coriander Leaves

Instructions

Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Sauté for a minute.

Add tomatoes and cook until softened.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and garam masala. Mix well and cook for a minute.

Add roasted peanuts and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
