- 1200 grams Roasted Peanuts
- 20.5 cups Onion
- 34 pieces Garlic
- 41 tsp Ginger
- 50.2 tbsp Green Chilies
- 60.5 cups Tomato
- 70.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 81 tsp (adjust to taste) Red Chili Powder
- 91 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 100.5 tsp Cumin Powder
- 110.5 tsp Garam Masala
- 121 tsp Salt
- 132 tbsp Oil
- 142 tbsp, chopped (for garnish) Fresh Coriander Leaves
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Sauté for a minute.

Add tomatoes and cook until softened.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and garam masala. Mix well and cook for a minute.
