- 1500 grams Lean Mutton
- 22 pieces Onion
- 32 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 42 pieces Green Chilies
- 52 pieces Tomatoes
- 61 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 72 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 81 tbsp Cumin Powder
- 91 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 101 tsp Garam Masala
- 111 tsp Salt
- 12200 ml Water
- 131 tbsp Oil
- 142 tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves
Instructions
In a pressure cooker, heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for a minute.
Add the mutton and cook until it changes color.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add the tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
Add water and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles or until the mutton is tender.
Once the pressure releases naturally, add garam masala and mix well.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with brown rice or roti.
