- 1500 grams Chicken Breast
- 22 tbsp Ghee (Clarified Butter)
- 31 medium, finely chopped Onion
- 41 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 52 finely chopped Green Chilies
- 61 medium, finely chopped Tomato
- 710 pieces Cashews
- 81 sprig Curry Leaves
- 90.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 101 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 111 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 120.5 tsp Garam Masala
- 13to taste Salt
- 142 tbsp, chopped Cilantro
Instructions

Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

Heat ghee in a pan. Add cashews and curry leaves, sauté until fragrant.

Add onions, green chilies and sauté until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt. Sauté for 30 seconds.

Add chicken pieces and mix well with the masala.

Cook until chicken is tender and the masala has thickened.

Garnish with cilantro before serving.
